Issue 0078 in 'raw' format
; Summary: Problem loading plugins when creating 1.4-next container ; Owner: Tim ; Reporter: Tim ; Status: open ; Priority: medium ; Version: 1.4-next ; Subsystem: docker ; Tags: install = Description = During install.sh with 1.4-next (April 2019), I saw the following error messages: {{{#!YellowBox Downloading plugin: mailer-plugin from https://updates.jenkins.io/download/plugins/mailer-plugin/1.20/mailer-plugin.hpi chown: cannot access '/usr/share/jenkins/ref/plugins/pam-auth.jpi': No such file or directory cp: cannot stat '/usr/share/jenkins/ref/plugins/pam-auth.jpi': No such file or directory Downloading plugin: pam-auth-plugin from https://updates.jenkins.io/download/plugins/pam-auth-plugin/1.3/pam-auth-plugin.hpi chown: cannot access '/usr/share/jenkins/ref/plugins/pam-auth-plugin.jpi': No such file or directory cp: cannot stat '/usr/share/jenkins/ref/plugins/pam-auth-plugin.jpi': No such file or directory Failed to download plugin: pam-auth or pam-auth-plugin chown: cannot access '/usr/share/jenkins/ref/plugins/mailer-plugin.jpi': No such file or directory cp: cannot stat '/usr/share/jenkins/ref/plugins/mailer-plugin.jpi': No such file or directory Failed to download plugin: mailer or mailer-plugin chown: cannot access '/usr/share/jenkins/ref/plugins/greenballs.jpi': No such file or directory cp: cannot stat '/usr/share/jenkins/ref/plugins/greenballs.jpi': No such file or directory Downloading plugin: greenballs-plugin from https://updates.jenkins.io/download/plugins/greenballs-plugin/1.15/greenballs-plugin.hpi chown: cannot access '/usr/share/jenkins/ref/plugins/ant-plugin.jpi': No such file or directory cp: cannot stat '/usr/share/jenkins/ref/plugins/ant-plugin.jpi': No such file or directory Failed to download plugin: ant or ant-plugin chown: cannot access '/usr/share/jenkins/ref/plugins/ldap.jpi': No such file or directory cp: cannot stat '/usr/share/jenkins/ref/plugins/ldap.jpi': No such file or directory Downloading plugin: ldap-plugin from https://updates.jenkins.io/download/plugins/ldap-plugin/1.... }}} This appears to be coming from install-plugins.sh, and may be related to debian updates no longer being supported? At least updates.jenkins.io may have been having problems. = Notes = This was after I modified the Docker file to use different Debian repositories, while at Linaro connect. Next step is to reproduce this bug in a different network environment. ; backlink: [[Fuego Issues List]]
