ov_rootfs_state

= SYNOPSIS =
 * ov_rootfs_state

= DESCRIPTION =
This routine performs a bunch of commands on the target, to populate the console log with information about the state of the target.

The following operations are performed:
 * uptime - show time target has been running
 * free - show memory status
 * df -h - show status of mounted file systems
 * mount - show status of mounted file systems
 * ps - show currently running processes (excluding system threads)
 * cat /proc/interrupts - show current interrupt status
