= Description =
When a test times out, it is halted immediately, without giving the test
a chance to run post_test, to gather partial results.
|
This is particularly annoying for batch tests, where many sub-tests may
have run correctly, and for LTP, where (again) many sub-tests may have
run correctly.

|
In general ftc does not distinguish whether a test was making progress or
or was just hung (there's probably no general way to do this). However,
it might be nice to handle this better.

|
maybe add something so that a timeout is handled by switching to post_test
with an indicator that the test needs to wrap up and collect what information
it has.
