The 'jenkins' directory in the 'fuego' source repository is unused.
(I believe).

We should double-check whether this directory is used for anything
and remove it.

The directory had a .gitignore file added in commit d27e5e4e6c.
I believe it was part of work to try to move the jenkins files
to the host machine, so they would persist from one version of
the Fuego docker container to the next.  This may ave been
part of the work for Fuego release testing by Cogent.

The directory appears to be unused for any purpose currently.
