Mark Choi had problems creating his Fuego docker container.

Hi Tim,
I found problem was caused by update.sh. I started docker image and start /etc/init.d/jenkins then I tried as follow and get log.

The problem was that updates.sh was trying to access the Jenkins server
too quickly.
