= Description =
Make a fuego test that tests whether a board is configured properly or not, and
has the necessary pre-requisites for testing.

This would be similar to target_test (from the ttc tool), where we test
things like the transport, ability to reboot, ability to recompile a test,
deploy a test, gather results, check for all required programs and facilities
(e.g. /proc entries) on the target.
