the Debian/Jenkins update patch.

 - bbb.default.Benchmark.ebizzy - does not compile
   - undefined reference to 'pthread_create'

 - bbb.default.Benchmark.netperf - does not compile
   - multiple definitions of several variables - loc_nodelay, rem_nodelay, loc_sndavoid, loc_rcvavoid, rem,sndavoid, rem_rcvavoid

 - bbb.default.Benchmark.fio - does not compile
 
 - bbb.default.Benchmark.GLMark - does not compile

 - bbb.default.Benchmark.gtkperf - does not configure

 - bbb.default.Benchmark.Interbench - does not compile
   - undefined reference to sqrtl
