= SYNOPSIS =
 * target_cleanup

= DESCRIPTION =
Cleans up the target prior to a test.

This consists of erasing all contents of $FUEGO_HOME and /tmp on the target.

Note that this does not just remove the contents of an individual test directory, but everything in the home and tmp areas.
