Retrieve the test log from the target device.

ENVIRONMENT and ARGUMENTS [edit section]

 * $1 = testdir
 * $2 = (optional) testlog-filename, which is the name of test log on target to retrieve. If this is not specified, the following default is used: $FUEGO_HOME/fuego.$TESTDIR/$TESTDIR.log
The following values are used by the routine: * FUEGO_LOGS_PATH * JOB_NAME * NODE_NAME * BUILD_ID * BUILD_NUMBER

These are used to construct the output path for the logfile (on the host), which is: $FUEGO_LOGS_PATH/${JOB_NAME}/testlogs/${NODE_NAME}.${BUILD_ID}.${BUILD_NUMBER}.log
