Add all outstanding patches to fuego and fuego-core.

Here are items I have patches for:

• 0003-Fix-a-few-scripts-to-use-FUEGO_HOME.patch
  • fix arch_time and cmt tests to use FUEGO_HOME instead of OSV_HOME
• 0005-Add-description-of-parameters-to-logread-function.patch
  • add comment to ov_rootfs_logread
• 0004-Add-some-debug-and-reverse-engineering-items-to-vari.patch
  • this is just a debug patch - defer this one
• 0001-Add-support-for-USB-operations-in-Fuego-container.patch
• 0001-Add-fuegosh-script-for-easier-access-to-Fuego-docker.patch

These are all in ~/work/fuego/patches (and sub-dirs)

These each need to be evaluated and added to the system, and pushed.

• 0001-Add-phase-messages-to-fuego-scripts.patch
  • add phase messages to functional.sh and benchmark.sh - applied to tbird20d
• 0002-Fix-paths-in-Service.ReloadConfiguration-test-job.patch
  • change URL to 'fuego' in Service.ReloadConfiguration test job
    • this allows someone to reload the Jenkins configuration using the Jenkins test system itself (e.g. initiated by some external event)

patches deferred [edit section]

• ref_logs.patch
  • add a patch which fixes log_compare to actually attempt to use parsed pn log files - defer this one
