Document the functions that are available for test scripts.

The lists should include items from the page Test Script APIs

Some important ones are (described in Tim's presentation) are:

• unpack
• put
• get
• cmd
• report
• log_compare
• assert_define

Additional ones are:

• target_cleanup
• target_reboot
• hd_test_mount_prepare
• hd_test_clean_umount
